In accordance with regulations of the Act of 6th September on Pharmacy Law Act (Journal of Law of 2004 No. 53 item 533, No. 69 item 625, No. 91 item 877, No. 92 item 882 and No. 93 item 896), The Pharmaceutical Inspection shall execute:
The Main Pharmaceutical Inspector:
- Public Records of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers/Importers
- Public Records of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers
The Voivodeship Pharmaceutical Inspector:
- Register of public pharmacies (article 109 item 10),
- Register of hospital pharmacies (article 109 item 10),
- Register of pharmaceutical dispensaries (article 109 item 10),
- Register of issued authorizations for running public pharmacies (article 107 paragraph 1),
- Register of issued consents for running hospital and institutional pharmacies (article 107 paragraph 1),
- Register of issued authorizations for running pharmaceutical dispensaries (article 107 paragraph 1).
The rules of giving access to information are determined by the regulations of the Act of 6th September 2001 on Access to public information (Journal of Law No. 112, item 1198 with further changes).
Moreover, in accordance with the Code of Administrative Proceedings (i.e. Journal of Law 2000, No. 98 item 1071 with further changes) and The Act of 14th July 1983 on the National archive resources and archives (i.e. Journal of Law 2002, No. 171 item 1396 with further changes) the Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate shall run the Register of submitted cases and Register of complaints and applications.
