DECREE of HEALTH MINISTER
Of 14th July 2009
on bestowal the charter on the Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate
(Journal of Law No. 115 item 973).
Pursuant to Article 112, section 4 of the Act of 6th September 2001 on Pharmacy Law Act (Journal of Law of 2008 No. 45 item 271 with later amendments) it is hereby ordered as follows:
§ 1.
The charter is bestowed on the Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate, which constitutes the enclosure to the decree.
§ 2.
The Health Minister's Decree of 2nd December 2002 on charter bestowal on the Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate (Journal of Law No. 211, item 1797) becomes invalid force.
§ 3.
The decree comes into force 14 days after announcement.

THE CHARTER OF THE MAIN PHARMACEUTICAL INSPECTORATE
§ 1.
The Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate, called further "Main Inspectorate", is the government administration office serving Main Pharmaceutical Inspector,
§ 2.
Main Pharmaceutical Inspector manages The Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate with the assistance of the Deputy of Main Pharmaceutical Inspector, general director as well as managers of organizational units listed in Article 3.
§ 3.
The Main Inspectorate consists of:

GMP Inspection Department; |
| 3) |
Department of Legal Matters; |
| 4) |
Office of General Director. |
